Burrito Brothers in Asheboro serves up a straightforward, no-frills Mexican dining experience that feels comfortably familiar without fuss. Located on N Fayetteville St, this spot is a reliable choice for locals and travelers looking for hearty, authentically flavored meals that lean into classic Mexican staples. The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, making it an easy pick for dinner outings after local activities or a weekend gathering with friends.

The menu covers a variety of traditional dishes, from enchiladas and fajitas to tacos and homemade tamales. Portions are generous, though some sides like the rice can feel modest — but with fresh tortillas and sides like guacamole or chips and salsa, the plates still come together satisfyingly. Burrito Brothers also shows care in balancing flavors, particularly noticeable in dishes like the Carne Asada tacos or the Chicken Tacos topped with cilantro, onion, and fresh lime, which bring out vibrant, straightforward seasonings.

Service tends to be prompt and friendly, suited for families or groups who want to sit down without a long wait. Visitors often come after local events or as a casual stop on their way through Asheboro, appreciating that the kitchen moves orders quickly without compromising food temperature or freshness. This makes Burrito Brothers an approachable option for weekday lunches or early dinners, especially on evenings when a relaxed and quiet table is preferred.

Local diners who crave authentic Mexican flavors often choose this spot over more Americanized chains, and the overall vibe supports a dining experience that’s as much about comfort and familiarity as it is flavor diversity. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast with omelettes and huevos con chilaquiles or settling in for a dinner of fajitas and enchiladas, Burrito Brothers fits well into Asheboro’s dining scene as a place where dependable flavors meet casual, easygoing service.

Found this place while searching for a dinner spot after the zoo. We arrived around 6pm, were seated quickly and the server a very nice gentleman came and took our drink and food order. Food came quickly. It was hot and fresh. I ordered Carne asada, chicken tenders and fried from the kids menu and chicken fajitas. The rice portion was small but with tortillas and salad and a decent steak it was fine. It was affordable. The place is a bit dated. The bathroom is clean but could use some updating. Would eat here again. Parking was available.

Burrito brothers is always great. Their enchiladas are absolutely amazing along with the rest of their food. Definitely worth stopping in and eating!!! Their food is definitely more authentic tasting than most of the restaurants in asheboro. If you're ever north of town make sure to stop in and eat!

We had a fun evening. A group of us went after our drum performance, and it was a great location, Good service, and a quiet table. I had the two tacos with guacamole on the side. The shredded chicken with cheese and tomatoes on corn tortillas was delicious! The carnitas were not the shredded pork, so were a little tough to me, flavor good with the cilantro onion and lime. The salsa is excellent. The margaritas looked great, a couple of offerings had them. Everyone said they enjoyed their meal. Went back for lunch today with a friend, I had the chicken quesadilla with rice and beans and she had the chicken sopa. Both were delicious
